IBViral is currently in development. Features may change, be removed, or be added at any time. We may modify or discontinue the Service temporarily or permanently.
You must be at least the minimum age required by applicable law to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent/guardian.
You agree not to post or share content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or that violates the rights of others. You also agree not to attempt to cheat, manipulate, or bypass any security or verification measures.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Service (including moderation, safety review, and enforcement).

If we offer paid plans or in-app purchases in the future, additional terms may apply. We will clearly present pricing and payment terms before any purchase is completed.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IBViral will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
